I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in May 2015
Interview
I first had a 30 minute phone interview with an employee in Technical Services. This was followed by an online evaluation via the company ProctorU. The online evaluation had some multiple choice questions that weren't too difficult and some short answers questions that I found challenging. I definitely did not answer all of the short answer questions correctly, but was invited for an on-site interview. The on-site interview included a group information session on the specific position, a site tour, another technical evaluation (this one was easier but one section was timed), a case study interview with a Technical Services employee, and an interview with a HR employee

Test -- you can't prepare, just take your time and do your best. Phone interview -- just be yourself. It's not formal and a good place to ask some basic questions. On site -- they take you around and you talk to all sorts of people, just seem engaging and ask good questions.

Interview
Very involved. I sent in my resume, they then contacted me asking for unofficial transcripts. A week or two later I get an email asking for me to fill out a formal application. A week or so later I get a call asking for a phone interview with a current TS. Then it was an online exam (took about 3-5 hours). Several weeks and I go onsite to inteview -- takes about 5-6 hours. Then an offer came about 8 weeks after the process first started.
