I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jan 2025
Interview
Initial brief assessment followed by a phone screening. Questions were very SAT-tailored. After that, you have to take a technical assessment where it's the same as the initial brief assessment, and a coding area.
Got the phone screening and a few assessments to complete. I had my phone screening with a UX designer rather than HR. It went really well and the only question I was asked besides the basic tell me about yourself and why do you want to work here questions was "where do you see yourself in the next 3-5 years." I was also asked how I felt about working in-person in WI. The assessments were mainly math and logic based with one personality/behavioral part. Unfortunately I couldn't get the last part to work, so I contacted HR who tried to reset it for me but it still didn't work. After that, they said they were comfortable with reviewing my application without the last part but I didn't move on.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Epic
