The process was multiple steps. It started with a phone screen with current designer, and then I had to take a personality test and an assessment 3 different sections for logic/brain teasers, math, and programming.

Interview
The interview itself is easy. I spoke with a designer and she was nice. Oh man, the assessment was hard. I was asked to learn how to code during a 4-hour exam.
phone screening, 4-hour technical assessment, then I was rejected. Interviewer was nice, and hyped up the role. I guess I didn't pass the technical assessment or maybe I was too honest in the personality test.
