Fidelity Investments Financial Customer Associate interview questions

I was texted by the recruiter and then had a 30-minute phone call. Never heard back even after several follow-ups. Found it odd that I never received any other contact information.

The first interview consisted of a virtual video interview, that consisted of 6 questions. These questions were regarding previous experience dealing with customers and coworkers in the workplace. A few questions specifically asked how to manage future customers in the respective setting. After this interview, I member from talent acquisitions will call to set up a phone interview screening to ask more questions regarding your education and work experience.
