Competency based questions, followed my 7 general questions that were answered by filming a short video. This was followed by a 1-1 interview and 3 different competency based tests, to test grammar, punctuation, problem solving and reasoning skills
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at H&M (Warschau, Masowien) in Dec 2018
Interview
1 step - screening call (explaining position and requirements, asking why you applied for position and what’s the motivation)
2 step - email test where you need to be customer service agent, answering possible emails from customers (knowledge of procedures not required, just checking tone of voice, grammar and problem solving skills)
3 step - interview and possible role play (same as step nr 2, but pretending to have phone call, not email).

it was 3 steps. 1º normal question about you and your experience. 2º interview with the manager about your interest in h&m. 3º rolplay.
The rolplay was about a problem in the app to find a specific dress, I had to explain where are the filter in the app so see how she can have it
