I had a really positive experience interviewing at H&M Edinburgh. All the staff were welcoming and professional, from the receptionist, to the HR team and staff involved with our tasks. We had introductions by the team followed by icebreakers and 3 tasks to see how we dealt with different situations. The actual workplace itself seemed like the company cares about its staff. There were lots of opportunities to give feedback and I was given a brief assessment of how I'd done at the recruitment day on the phone later as well. I left with a really good impression of the company and the staff who work there! Would recommend to others.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at H&M (Edinburgh, Schottland) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview was long with many stages. A group interview, private interview, answering to emails, a typing speed test. They get back to you very quickly with your results and feedback.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2017
Interview
Applied for the position online. Within 24 hours I received an email from a recruiter saying they would like to move forward with the recruiting process. Then a few days later they sent a written test via email. Once I passed that, a phone interview was scheduled a few days later. After that , I was scheduled for a group assessment a week later. After the group assessment I was contacted a day later for a final interview and was offered the position!
VERY POSITIVE interview experience. My advice is to just relax and be yourself!
