I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M in Mar 2016
Interview
Assessment day process:
1. Introduce yourself+ describe your ideal house
2. Group improvised presentation
3. Interview& presentation
4. Call centre role play
5. Email assessment
Overall quite a pleasant experience; although I had initially applied for another position, I have been informed a day before the phone interview that the only job available at that moment was in the call centre.
The group presentation and the call centre role play is a bit stressful, if you lack of experience in customer service.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at H&M (Edinburgh, Schottland) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied online. Received a call which was a phone interview asking questions on customer service and scenario type questions. Was asked to come in for an interview straight away and received an email with details of the interview. Attended the interview which was with 5 other candidates a few days later which went for about 3 hours and involved a few activities such as a group task, a phone call task, email tasks, a presentation and a face-to-face interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Telephone interview and then group interview (with 1:1 interview section included as well). Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. They ask you about your customer service experiences and times you had a difficult customer. Basically they want to know that you have patience and how you handle conflict because they deal with difficult customers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They have a scenario where they act like an upset customer who was denied access to a fitting room because he was in a wheelchair and he threatens to call the BBB.
