H&M Customer Service Agent interview questions

Group interview, telling us about the role and asking us about ourselves then a email accessment and then we had a one to one interview with two staff members that lasted ten minutes

The interview consisted of two stages. First, a phone interview with a little bit of role play in which you played the agent and the interviewer played a customer. Second stage was a three-hour assessment with three other candidates. A bit of introduction to the company, silly HR questions, a group task and 3to1 interview.
