It was a one day of interviews with three different managers (an open day interviews). We were 30 graduates and passed only 10 for various fields for the position of junior IT Specialist.

Online application and assessment centre "orange factor". Assessment centre consists of being put into a group and going around to 6 different stations. 10 minutes spent at each station. Stations include tour of call centre, info session on rosters and pay and functions of job, One on one interview, role play involving sales, choose your own interview (basically same as one on one interview but you get to pick which questions you answer, question cards upside down so you can't see them though) and listening comprehension test where you listen to a story without taking notes and are asked questions related to story, another story where you can take notes is also done and questions are then asked about that story. Afterwards they give food and you have the chance to talk to other staff.
