Interview
The interview process involved a phone call and then two Microsoft Teams interviews. The first Teams interview went well, with questions about technical documents and general work behavior. However, the final interview had technical difficulties with Microsoft Teams. We continued the interview despite these problems, but it was tough to properly show what I could do, and they didn't think I was a good match. I wasn't offered the job, and the only follow-up was an email asking for my feedback – no specific reasons were given. While the initial part of the interview was positive, the technical issues in the final part made it a frustrating experience.
