Ho fatto il colloquio tramite l’università. Il processo di selezione si divideva in 4 parti. La prima, era un test di inglese fatto a distanza, personalmente non l’ho trovato difficile. Poi un test di contabilità generale, qui le domande devo dire erano abbastanza specifiche, ma comunque nulla di impossibile. Poi una volta superati questi due step, prima facevi un colloquio con l’HR, nella quale venivano fatte domande sul proprio percorso universitario, ma anche attitudinali, poi l’ultimo step era il colloquio con un manager, dove venivano fatte domande su conto economico/ stato patrimoniale, e poi anche un esercizio sulla partita doppia svolto su Excel.
