After review your resume, the HR will call you to ask a few questions according to your resumes, if you pass the HR will give link for your online assessment. Then, if you pass you will be invited to group iv. There are group presentation, essay writings and face to face iv with your own group panel.

Interview
There is three stages. Firstly they'll have group interview where we were given a case scenario and present it after 20 minutes discussion with your mates. Secondly, they'll have one to one interview with the respective department managers. Normally, if you're offered a job later, you'll be working in the same department as the interviewer (Manager/Senior Manager). Lastly, there is essay test.
