I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Montvale, NJ) in May 2018
Interview
Met with 3 leaders in group, and in first interview, learned this was a bit of a bait and switch, as was brought in for a Director level interview and find out the role is at a lesser level. Discuss background and expectations for role, although the role was not fully formed.
Head of the function's interview style was troubling, as getting eye contact was next to impossible. Was not a good reflection on the company, when their interactions with you were such that you felt like you were a bother. Spent much of the time talking up their accomplishments and touting themselves.
It is a shame, as I have friends and former co-workers who are with KPMG now and speak highly of the company.
