5 rounds of interview with group of Partners. I was phone screened by company HR followed by my skill interview by partner & CIO. I was given a presentation to make and that i presented to group of partners

The overall process was effective but lengthy. Good process if you are not in a hurry. I went through
2- Telephone interviews to evaluate skills
4- F2F interviews with key partners in your service area to evaluate competencies and cultural fit
1- Business Case presentation to a panel of partners outside your area

Interview
For rehire, there was no interview for me even though It took 3 months to create a business case. I periodically talked to hiring partner while I was waiting for the business cased to be approved.
