It was a long process but very professional. A lot of steps and big gaps between steps in the process. A lot of steps and a lot of time to lose to an internal candidate.

Interview
There were four rounds of interviews and a written presentation as well followed by an IQ / Analytics testing. I was first screened by the recruiter after which my CV was forwarded to the business unit hiring. There were four 1:1 rounds of interviews.

They grilled me with STAR questions on competencies to see if I would be a good fit for the role. There were more than 4 rounds of 1:1 interviews. I was also required to give written answers on two questions they gave. As well as at the end had to do an IQ / Analytics online testing.

First was the telephonic interview then i got shortlisted and was called at the office for a F2F round. The whole process went on for weeks. HR was really lazy and delaying the process. You need to take continuous follow ups
