KPMG Graduate Program interview questions

Applied online, got invited to and did Emotify and Cognify tests on Revelian, received an automated invitation to a one-way video interview with 4 questions. Each question was asked in a pre-recorded video. The people in the pre-recorded video gave an example answer to some questions, which somehow, I didn't like. I'd prefer it if they didn't give an example answer. I also felt that the answering time limit of about 1.5 min - 2 min was too short to go into sufficient detail when it came to explaining how I demonstrated certain qualities in previous jobs. 3 weeks after completing the video interview, I received a rejection without feedback. According to the rejection email, the recruiters are unable to give feedback to rejected applicants at this stage because there's a high volume of applications. Overall, this was a disappointing experience as I had prepared and researched for this interview, thought it went all right, yet received a rejection without any feedback.

It was a non-complicated online interview process through clicking on a link. Standard Interview questions was asked. The online interview is the second step of the recruitment process. This is followed by an assessment centre and 1 on 1 interviews on zoom
