The interview was conducted virtually with the hiring manager and primarily focused on behavioral questions. Throughout the conversation, it became clear that the main objective was to evaluate how effectively we communicate—both in terms of articulating our thoughts and demonstrating interpersonal skills.

Interview
It was good! Straight forward by asking basic "get to know yo" questions paired with situational questions! I was nervous but overall ti was good. My advice is, if you're worried just practice STAR and it will all work out!
