Applied online, phone screen interview with recruiter, second phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with Director, Office visit and separate interviews with Office Managing Partner, and three managers, lunch with a Senior Associate and Two Associates.

Not many questions were asked about me. I was an experienced hire so they could see my background from my resume. Mainly they just wanted to see how my personality was and if I would be a good fit with the group.

2 phase selection. One written test during which you were put in the shoes of a new manager and had to face some issues. The second phase was an oral assessment.
