Interview
First round interview is called manager interview and we are assessed by case analysis. We will be provided a case with several pages including graphs and tables and have 30 min to prepare. We need to analyze the data and conclusions from this case by English or Chinese.
The second round interview is called partner interview with more behavioral questions. We will be asked to walk through our resume and answer some simple questions like why you choose this company and this industry.
Easy interview , just don't be weird. They just want to make sure that you're not a complete weirdo because the work isn't fun at all and they just want someone cool to work with.
