KPMG Management Consultant interview questions

I was referred by a professional contact. They connected me with the department director. I met him for coffee. Following this I got an interview. Part 1: I was emailed a "case study" I had 24 hours to complete. There was a written portion (something like a letter to management about an HR issue) Part 2: Create a slide deck and go in person to present it Part 3: During in person presentation, I responded to behavioural questions.

One interview with a senior manager and director. Very informal, more of a conversation. They asked several competency based questions. Emailed for personal feedback following rejection and only a generic response was provided.
