I applied through college or university. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2019
Interview
Interview was hour-long, both interviewers were warm. Interview has two components, a case and a behavioral interview. Behavioral was structured more around the role, service line (People & Change) and less focused on situational questions, which might vary. Case was on Case Management, specific to the service line I had applied for. Case had basic math, addition subtraction, but was more focused on trying to understand the approach.

Question 1
Q: Apart from the learning that you'll have as part of the job, what do you expect to gain out of this experience?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
A three round interview process. The first was a phone interview, second was an in person interview at the office nearest me, and the third round was in the office within the location I was applying for.
I applied online. I interviewed at KPMG (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2018
Interview
Interview was quite an odd experience. I don't think there were actually any places left on the programme as they had forgotten to take the add off of GradIreland. My interview was very casual due to this, the interview was fine and the person I interviewed with was nice. However a more open and clear policy would go a long way. They told me I would hear within a week - two weeks later and I emailed them. And only then did they get on to me to tell me they would not proceed with my application with very little feedback. It would seem like they just forgot to inform me which is extremely unprofessional for a top 4 firm. Not the best experience.
