1st Round Interview involved a mixture of general questions and technical questions.
2nd Round Interview involved a Case Study (60mins to complete; where you had to put a slide deck together and write a letter) and interview with Director.
3 rounds about 45 mins each. Standard behavioural based questions. Case study in third round. Two people per interview. Questions about aptitude, experience, how you deal with stress and conflict etc
The overall process was smooth, the turnaround time for providing feedback post interview could be improved. Timely feedback is valuable for candidates to understand areas of improvement. Additionally, providing clear guidance on the next steps in the process would be beneficial.
