I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Lengthy and disorganized. Missed partner interviews, rescheduled. Very little regard for the candidates time or experience. No clear process, seemed like ad hoc meetings . I had to return 4 separate times for interviews.

Question 1
Standard - tell me about your experience , why do you want to work here? Maybe a case study. How would you add value to the organization.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapur) in Oct 2021
Interview
Fairly straightforward - good to know your resume and accomplishments inside out. Good to ask questions about the scope and work environment. Had to complete a test. After which the process takes a month or two before they come with an offer.

Question 1
What are your weaknesses at work/ most difficult experience. Tell us more about yourself.
Very old school process. Recruiter reached out to me. She knew very little about the role. No one could tell me anything about benefits beyond salary requirements. Interview style is very old fashioned where they leave you only five minutes to ask your questions. It’s not an equal conversation. I was right at time and they were reluctant to answer any further questions I had. Hard to get any idea of what the company or culture is like. Would not recommend as they do not seem to be transparent or give you opportunity to ask questions about the job, role, company, culture or benefits.
