Interview
First you have to pass to online assessments, then one phone interview and finally a video call with the managers, the HR and the assistant manager. The first assesment was about numerical analytical skills, while the second one was related to verbal analytical skills. In the verbal one you have to read 2 articles in a limited amount of time and summarize them in a brief but comprehensive way.

He introduced himself and the description of this role. After that, he asks some questions about fixed income and equity. Mostly some basic concept. If not remember, he would give some remind.

Interview
I applied for an internship programme. It began with a group dymanic with the following parts:
- Each candidate would get a pen and draw a concept on a blackboard representing a given by the interviewer, then answer a classical HR question (why KPMG, what would you offer to the firm, etc.)
- Group dynamic: solve a complex puzzle. Every candidate has a few clues to solve it.
- Brainteaser (number of bank branches in a given city)
After the group dynamic I was called for a personal interview with the area partner.
It was an easy going conversation with a few questions about stadistics and basic finance.
