Had an on campus interview, which consisted mainly of behavioral questions. My advice is to know yourself and be very well prepared for behavioral questions. Second Interview consisted of three seperate interviews with managers and partners. Less behavioral and more converational about goals aspirations and how you can be an asset to the company

Interview
On campus interview. I met with a senior manager. I was supposed to meet a partner, but the partner went back to office after the morning and this senior manager came to the campus to take place of him. The interviewer just asked general questions.
All the candidates wait in the confrence room. The HR was also in the room, doing her work and answered recruiting questions. She is very friendly.
