Interview
Very organized and well-executed process. Communication was great coming from the recruitment team at Lightspeed and the hiring managers. Very quick to provide feedback on next steps, extremely transparent process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Sydney) in Feb 2023
Interview
My first interview was with Marty, he made me feel comfortable and even gave me feedback about how I answered the questions. Next I met with Patrick and Ritta and I felt very comfortable spending 45mins with them going through my work history and answering all their questions. My last interview was with Ritta and Jackson and was in the form of a role play, it went well and they gave some great feedback. Everyone I spoke to was professional and lovely to deal with.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Montreal, QC) in Sep 2022
Interview
I don't usually write bad reviews, but I really think the team is missing out on great talent due to the hiring team. Someone from the inside should take a close look at what is going on. After talking to colleagues in the industry, I am not the only one who experienced an unprofessional interview with this great company. My interviewer seemed very annoyed by our conversation. She wasn't focused or interested in my answers. I thought I was dealing with the female version of Leonard Cohen ( I wish I was joking). It seemed like she couldn't end this conversation fast enough. As an account exec with many years of experience, I've experience for the first time of my career a rejection by the typically extremely easy first phone interview.
