Lightspeed interview questions

They made the interview process very personable and enjoyable: first a recruiter call, followed by a take home assignment, then a review of the assignment, and finally a behavioral interview.

The interview process went really fast. It entailed a phone interview over the basics and an online test regarding customer service and technical skills. And a final interview round with the department team leads. It was a very nice atmosphere, and I felt welcome, and the questions asked felt natural for the job.
