Lightspeed interview questions

The interview was very easy and pleasant. I had two stages: an initial call with HR, where they explained everything in detail, told me about the company, all the benefits, how the interview would go, and what to expect. The technical interview was also very friendly. They asked about my previous experience, the project I’m most proud of, and the reasons behind some of my choices. Then there was a more casual, bar-chat style question: “How would you create this feature?” There were no papers or whiteboards—just a verbal discussion about how the feature could be built, potential problems that might arise, and how I would solve them.
