Lightspeed interview questions

4 stage process: recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, panel interview (leadership case study) with design, product and engineering stakeholders, with 2 1:1 follow ups with the panelists. Then closing with the recruiter.

The interview process started with a technical task from an open repository, which I completed in about 3–5 days. After that, I had a screening interview, followed by a technical interview. During the technical interview, we discussed my past experience and I was asked a few technical questions, which were straightforward. The final stage was an interview with senior staff members. Overall, I really enjoyed the process. It was well-structured, clear, and professional. Everyone I spoke with was respectful and supportive, and I felt comfortable throughout. I’m very happy with the experience, and even more excited that it led to a successful offer!
