More specific questions on technologies. - 2nd HR screen. - Meeting with leadership member. Out of all the interviews I've been through, Lightspeed has by far been my most enjoyable. Every single person I interviewed with was incredibly nice, understanding and really transparent about the entire process. The technical portions were also very fair. The questions were all directly related to the job itself and not focused on leetcode style questions or algorithms.

It was a 4 tiered interview process Recruiter Screening->Manager Screening->Technical Interview->HR Interview. The interview process is smooth and timely - you have to schedule the interview yourself using a calendar tool which is great. Be prepared to talk about your past experience in detail and depending on the role you're applying for brush up on your technical and conceptual knowledge on the subject.
