I applied online. I interviewed at Lightspeed in Jan 2021
Interview
Applied online and heard back within the week to schedule a phone screen. Had three additional 30 minute Zoom interviews in the following week. Received an offer a couple days later. Very smooth process and the recruiter was very communicative throughout.

Tell me something you learned in the last 6 months.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2021
Interview
was a very pleasant experience, lasted around 45 minutes & discussed many points and the culture of the company as well as my expectations.
We did half the interview / discussing in english and the rest in French.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lightspeed in Jan 2021
Interview
The first interview was over the phone with a Talent Sourcer, mostly a "get to know you" style interview. Why Lightspeed? Why do you want to leave you current job? Explained the role. Once this call was done I was asked to do a quick test (listen to audio then answer some questions, create a demo lightspeed account and create/sell a product to get a fell of the software).
Once I passed this test I moved on to a second interview via Zoom with two team leads and a manager. These questions started off similar to the first interview but I was also asked to give examples of things I've experienced in my current role (things that were done well, things that needed improvement, role play questions to test my troubleshooting and thinking processes). I was then asked some "think outside the box" style questions where my brain had to be picked to see how I would respond to these questions. This part was very fun because the questions didn't really have much to do directly with the role but I saw the value in them afterwards. There were also questions in regards to troubleshooting. Once this interview was over a third interview was scheduled a couple of days later.
The last interview was also via zoom and this time it was with the talent sourcer from the first call and the director of support. This part of the interview process was a bit more standard-- go into details about personal experiences where I felt I achieved expectations, a time where I had to give feedback, things I may need to develop on, something I'm very proud of and other similar questions. I was also asked which values of lightspeed reflect me personally or stand out to me.
