I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Montreal, QC) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone interview, 2 (virtual due to the pandemic) interviews and a technical test. The interview process was great. The technical test wasn't too long or overwhelming and each interview was scheduled quickly and easily.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Montreal, QC) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process was staggered in 4 stages. The first one was a phone interview with a Talent partner to discuss about the role and experience. It was followed by a technical test for which I was given 3 hours to complete. The third step was a 60mins interview with the Support manager and the Team lead. The final stage was another 60mins interview with the Talent Partner and the Customer support director. The interview process was smoothly run by a Talent guide and despite the stress, it was overall a pleasant experience as there was no lag and I was always kept updated.
