I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Montreal, QC) in Sep 2020
Interview
Very quick and easy. The entire process was done remotely and in a timely fashion. From the initial point of contact through Linkedin to the job offer, it took a total of 2 weeks. The recruiter was extremely helpful and updated me every step of the way. Overall the experience was well organized and the team made me feel comfortable by creating a low pressure environment.

Question 1
If you could have a billboard have anything you want written on it, what would it say?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lightspeed
Interview
From the time I applied, 5 interviews to receiving the offer it was 9 days, it was so fast and effective (Lightspeed!). The calls were effective, natural, positive focused, and I smiled throughout the whole process. I've interviewed in many companies across many industries and Lightspeed raised the bar by a mile on what and how others companies should be conducting themselves.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Sydney) in Sep 2020
Interview
Initial screening phone chat with a manager, and knowingly mentioned a different role to what I had applied for. Very pushy to sell the other role to me, I found it very rude that they did not mention the right role until I had to explicitly say I did not want to pursue that specific position.
Second interview involved a video call, standard chat. Same thing as initial call but with an extra person. Very general, not very informative.
Hasn't replied for feedback/potential next steps despite asking multiple times. Seems I have been ghosted. A truly unfortunate experience for a company I had good impressions of. I'd imagine that a company would have the human decency to respond to a simple email during a pandemic where job seeking itself is more stressful.
