I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Montreal, QC) in Nov 2019
Interview
I applied for another position and I heard back from them a day later. They sent an email to book a phone call, which I thought was great. I really appreciated how HR was able to see that I was a great fit for the company and to even suggest other positions to have me part of the company. It felt like they took the extra step for me. HR at Lightspeed were super friendly and you can feel the passion they have for this company. I had done 1 phone interview and 2 in-person interview with the hiring manager and HR partner respectively. Interviews had basic questions in regards to your background and professional experience. All-in-all, I really enjoyed the recruitment process at Lightspeed and they left a great impression on me. At the end, I had to choose another offer that was more in-line with my career goals.

Question 1
Why LightSpeed / What do you know about Lightspeed?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Genf) in Dec 2019
Interview
the interview process took just 2 weeks : I didn't imagine that it would be so fast , but it was a real surprise. I had the first interview with the recruiter ( a real nice girl that followed me during the whole process). The second was with the Team Leader, ( a really cool guy that knows his job and what he needs) who asked me a few questions to understand better my background and my notions. The last was with the director of the support department, ( a real good person that want to listen to you) we discussed a little bit and he gave me more details about the company.
