Lightspeed interview questions

First there is a lengthy phone interview with a recruiter. Explains benefits package extensively over the phone to fish for information. She repeated the question "I don't know if you have a family but our benefits can become a family package after 3 months" also asked repeatedly if there would be any reasons why I would not be able to stay over time during the conversation. The there was a second interview with a hiring manager and third interview with the senior manager. However, it took them 2 weeks to respond after the interviews.
