I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2025
Interview
Very standard process - HR / Recruiter check, through to hiring manager, to a panel interview, and followup. Was nice to not have to have a dozen steps and take home assignments. The recruiter was extremely accessible, friendly, and transparent about the entire process. There was no hiding of information or withholding salary expectations, etc.
One of the most pleasant interview processes I've done in awhile.

How I had applied my knowledge in operations in a way that resulted in a net positive for the company. Because of the transparency of the recruiter, I knew how they wanted the question answered, and was very well prepared for my interviews.

Smooth and quickly. Fast decision making. Fair enough to understand what you will be asked for in future. Smooth feedback process. Nothing to worry about. Ask as many questions as you might potentially think of.
