Lightspeed interview questions

I got a call immediately after i applied online. We planned in a sort of skype meeting. We discussed everything and they would call me if I could come for an interview. Two days later they called me with an invitation for a in person interview. My employer discussed everything with me including requirements, tasks and duration of the contract. He would let me know if i got the job. That same day i got a call that they want to hire me. So within 4 days i was under contract at Lightspeed. It all went pretty smooth and easy.

Multiple online & offline meetings. Took about a month to get trough all of the meetings & tests. Very thorough line of questioning & they really follow up on reviews of past employers, which is a good thing in my opinion. It was very impressive meeting with so many managers & teamleads across the globe in the interviewing process.
