Pretty standard, 4 stage interview. The teams were friendly and personable. The case study was a little broad, but generally they asked relevant questions and were enthusiastic about the presentation.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Tiflis) in Apr 2025
Interview
I saw the job listing on Headhunter. When applying, I was offered to take a test. The questions were testing both candidate's logic and their technical skills.
Next day I was reached out by the company, inviting me to the next step of the process: a Zoom call with a hiring manager.
During that call we discussed job specs and opportunities. There was also a technical part of that interview, during which my skill-set was tested.
Couple of hours after that call I was invited to the next step, which was compliting a technical task. I sent the results of that task two days later, and the day after that an got an email, that the company is interested in hiring me.
We scheduled another call, and during that one we discussed all last steps I needed to take before signing the contract.
One of them was a background check: I got sent an form that I needed to fill out.
After that I was extended a job offer.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed in Apr 2025
Interview
1. First round was a take away homework for sales and lineItems which I did great, it was with a team different that the 2nd round, and this team was good and asked me good question.
2. Second round was extremely frustrating, I was coupled with a "Senior" Engineer that doesn't know what hes talking about. He asked about how to Architecture design for a "chess" like game. But what Architecture design he did not specific until 15minutes passed and then hes like "oh I want back-end/front-end architecture design", while I was thinking about cloud design. He kept interrupting me during my explanation, and did not guide. I've never had such a bad interviewer like this before.
