Sent an application and a cover letter having had no prior experience in sales. Recieved a call back within a few days from their recruiter who asked me some casual questions and explained the job in detail. I then met with the two team leads who were young and friendly, they had me do a mock call. I was given feedback on the mock call and later met with a higher up manager who re-did the mock call with me to see if I had incorporated the feedback. Beginning to end it took about 10 days until they sent me an offer.

I had a very positive experience. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful, genuine, and respectful.
Follows industry standard of several rounds, all virtual. Phone call with recruiter, video call with Design Manager and Senior Design Manager, 45 min portfolio presentation followed by 3 individual debriefs (video), followed by 45 min conversation with VP of design (video)
