Lloyds Banking Group interview questions

Interviewing at Lloyds is a good process and I was vetted before interview with team. Peers reported that role was offered and subsequently pulled as role wasn’t signed off ahead of interview.

There were two rounds of interviews which were competency and values based. The first interview focused more on competency when compared to the second interview, which also felt more like the hiring manager and senior manager we’re getting to know the person too. Overall a great experience and one not too difficult as long as you know how to best answer competency based questions.
