I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Belfast, Nordirland) in Sep 2016
Interview
Lovely, friendly and very helpful positive experience. Unfortunately for me no offer. Good luck to anyone applying. Just be confident, I'm quite shy which I don't think helped as I was a bag of nerves

Question 1
Lots of questions asked. Lots of them competency based.

Question 1
I recently attended the higher apprenticeship assessment centre, they said that they would get back to us all within 10 days. The next day I received an email with a feedback report however it did not say whether I'd got the job or not, shall I accept this as a rejection or does anyone know if they send out the feedback before offers? Thanks
