First round was entirely behavioral, lasted an hour long and was conversation-like. Second round was two rounds of interviews, each with two managers. The questions were mostly behavioral but some were technical.

The interview was quite informal. Easier than expected, based on competency questions and skills. I was surprised that most common questions such as why Lloyds, why this role etc were not asked.

After completing online application I had to complete online assessment. Numeracy test was quite hard but I have passed. Next step was a selection event which for me was actually 1:1 interview. I must say I have actually enjoyed that.
