Interview
The process included screening call / presentation / panel interview. The interviewers were polite, engaging, and gave me a clear understanding of the role and what they were looking for. The questions were a mix of competency-based, technical, and role-specific questions, so it was important to prepare with real examples and be able to explain my thinking clearly.
One part of the process that stood out was presentation, which gave me a chance to show how I approach analysis, problem-solving, and communication. I felt the process was relevant to the role and gave a fair opportunity to demonstrate both technical and non-technical skills.
