The application procedure was simple. I have waited for 2 months after online test to get an invitation to the AC. The assessment day includes four parts. Remember to prepare all your ID and travel reimbursement. Group exercise - based on a global retailer' recruiting on Christmas sale. Coaching exercise - a role play to coach a colleague. Presentation - case analysis and then present to assessor with couple of questions (I would say it's the hardest part because there's too much information). Interview - traditional motivation and value-based questions. The whole day was quite enjoyable but very formal.It should have a store tour as well however we canceled.

Two stage process - both very informal and straight forward. first stage conducted by two business analyst and if you passed that round you were invited back tofor interviews with the Business Solution Managers (your boss)
