I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer in Feb 2016
Interview
The application procedure was simple. I have waited for 2 months after online test to get an invitation to the AC. The assessment day includes four parts. Remember to prepare all your ID and travel reimbursement. Group exercise - based on a global retailer' recruiting on Christmas sale. Coaching exercise - a role play to coach a colleague. Presentation - case analysis and then present to assessor with couple of questions (I would say it's the hardest part because there's too much information). Interview - traditional motivation and value-based questions. The whole day was quite enjoyable but very formal. It should have a store tour as well however we canceled.
