first step, they ask you to read through a situation may could occur in a retail job, they then leave the room to give you time to read and take notes. They come back in after 15 minutes and do a role play based on the situation. If you pass this, you get a one to one interview where they ask you the usual questions and score you. If you get enough points from your answers they will tell you on the day if you got the job or not

i had to go through a rather intensive online quiz. It had role play and multiple choice questions testing you on your personality and capabilities. Found out I was through to the next stage straight away and then had a one to one interview

After submitting online application I received an online test. Afterwards I received a phone interview asking for past works and technical skills. At last I was invited to an assessment centre where I went through a group interview, an individual interview, a presentation session and a technical interview. Group interview involves several applicants designing a specific application. Individual interview asks generic competency questions. Presentation is pre-prepared. Technical interview asks you to prepare written codes for a specific task and explain your code,
