Paysafe interview questions

First I got phone screening. The HR called when I couldn't speak, we agreed to talk on different time the next day, but instead they called two or three days later again in the same not comfortable for me time. After that I received test with coding tasks, which was fine, except the time for the test was not enough in my opinion. Third part of the process was 2 h interview with HR and four developers. The questions were standard for the position, but the interviewers were expecting me to answer precisely like it is "in the books" I guess, because they corrected my responses most of the times (same thing I was saying, but with different words). There was also an easy live coding task.

The interview process included irrelevant questions about my university duration and job choices. It offered limited opportunity for me to ask questions and understand the role and organization better, leaving me puzzled about their concerns and making it a challenging experience.
