Interview
It was started from application through career site. Then you need to pass through online test with verbal, math and psychological questions. If you pass it successfully, then you will be invited on three interviews with future colleagues. My experience was with 3 manager with whom I worked in future. But it is not mandatory. You can be interviewed by manager who won't work with you directly in future. All managers are working in your area. No HR involved. They will test your thinking, leadership and problem solving via questions about your past experience (both life and professional). All three managers should say yes on your candidate. My interview experience was nice :) no stress, just pleasure conversation with future colleagues.

Interview
I had two separate interviews. First time 1:1 with a Brand Manager. The interview mostly covered behavioral part, I've only been asked to solve one calculation (calculate the size of male deodorant market in Poland).
The second interview was with 3 people - 2 Brand Managers from different categories and a Brand Director. Behavioral questions only.

Online assessment test, in-person reasoning tests, two in-person interviews - first with brand manager, second with HR director & other staff from other departments. Very long process to get through.
