Interview
It starts with a take-home assignment that includes both a personality-focused section and a more analytical section.
After that, there are three interviews with similar content, each consisting of a personality component and a case study.

Did the assessment and got an email asking for further documents from my side from HR. After two weeks I got a rejection which did not even explain whether I failed the assessment or whether my CV was not enough.
The assessment is very stupid. Has absolutely nothing to do with the job.
