Two rounds in total. Typical behavioral questions such as leadership, innovation and conflicts. Interviewers will deep dive the details of your responses, and ask a lot of follow-up questions. In the second round of interviews, they will also ask some situational questions to test your understandings of real-world business problems.

Question 1
Examples about how you lead a team to finish a task
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Hongkong) in Dec 2023
Interview
1st interview - the interviewer was nice and gave positive comments on the spot.
2nd interview - the most terrible interview experience I have ever had. This should not be the kind of experience you would expect of a so-called Fortune 500 MNC and a leading company in its industry.
According to their 25-hour rule, they rejected me 1 minute before my interview started. And all their interviewers show is condescension and disrespect. The leading interviewer Kiko was asking questions and talking perfunctorily, I had never felt this uncomfortable. Lucky me that I did not get their offer as they are just like Walking Dead - is it they got into P&G like this since Day 1 or P&G turned them into this? They are the most unprofessional interviewers I have ever seen among all those big companies.
