Personality based interview. Very stressful, problem-solving based. High pressure, fast questions. Performative and does not at all correlate with any high level of intellect, nor seriousness, demanded by the role. They want you to play a “team-player”, quick-thinking, always-positive, smiling, enthusiastic corporate character. Do this and you will get the job.

I had an Interview with hiring manager- it was extremely situation based, it allowed me to discuss achievements and experience but was mostly "what would you do" questions throughout the interview

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Almaty) in Dec 2024
Interview
I was asked a 7 questions. 5 questions was like “tell me about a time you was…”, and I had to explain how did I react, what did I say, etc. Other 2 was given a situation and I had to give my solution and forecast the result of my action.
